I Will Follow est une chanson du groupe de rock U2, première piste et second single de leur premier album, Boy. Le single est publié tout d'abord en 1980 en Irlande, Royaume-Uni, Australie et en Nouvelle-Zélande, il bénéficie ensuite d'une sortie en Amérique du nord en 1981, le titre se classant à la 81e position des ventes au Billboard[1]. Une version du titre enregistrée live à Hattem est ensuite publiée en 1982 aux Pays-Bas puis en 1983 en Allemagne[2]. En 1983 une autre version live en 1983 est publiée comme single extrait de l'album live Under a Blood Red Sky[2].
