Noe Venable (née le à San Francisco) est auteur compositeur folk-pop.

En 2004 Noe Venable déménage pour Brooklyn, New York, puis pour Boston, Massachusetts où elle continue à composer et jouer avec Todd Sickafoose et Alan Lin.
