	DNA sequences were aligned and trimmed using software geneious prior to concatenation as in the file 'Coelhoetal2022_COI_16S_concat_alignment.nex'. Partitions were defined using the software 'PartitionFinder2'.
	Occurrence points in the file 'Coelhoetal2022_occ_total.csv' were filtered by distance using the script 'Coelhoetal2022_RscriptS01.R'.
