Input files (folders "input" and "code") to reproduce Exp. 1 in Ulloa et al. (2022) with MITgcm

CreateBathyAndForcings2D.m is a Matlab script to generate the MITgcm input files. 
Functions h_of_y.m and temp_profile.m generate the gaussian bathymetry and initial background stratification, respectively.
densjmd95.m: Equation of state (provided with MITgcm source code).
Matlab scripts can be opened as regular text files and can be run, for example, in open-source GNU Octave
