Diagnosis. Adult (Fig. 1) with wingspan 19.5–22.0 mm. Fujimacia bicoloralis is characterized by the entire reddish brown hindwing mixed with fuscous scales, the basolateral process of uncus slender and finger-shaped, and the distal process of gnathos nearly rounded in the male genitalia. It mostly resembles F. dayaoensis sp. nov. superficially, and the differences between them are stated in the diagnosis of F. dayaoensis sp. nov.

Distribution. China (Chongqing, Fujian, Hainan, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Tibet, Yunnan, Zhejiang, Taiwan), Korea (Leech 1889), Japan (Inoue et al. 1982), India (Mathew 2006).

Remarks. This species was defined in the publication of Leraut (2009) who figured the genitalia morphology of F. bicoloralis (Leech, 1889) and synonymized Tegulifera sinensis Caradja, 1925 with F. bicoloralis. We refer to the genitalia characters and illustrations presented in Leraut (2009) while diagnosing and delimiting Fujimacia bicoloralis (Leech, 1889).
