Syntypes. Two males, and two females (NHMUK), Lago Gutiérrez, Argentina, and Casa Pangue, Chile; two males, and one female (USNM), Bariloche, Argentina, and Angol, Chile.

Distribution. Argentina: Neuquén Province, Río Negro Province (Bariloche, Lago Gutiérrez). Bolivia: Santa Cruz Department (Ichilo Province). Chile: Región de La Araucanía: Malleco Province (Angol); Región de Los Lagos: Llanquihue Province (Casa Pangue).
