Pollex (Bilobiana) lomboki Fibiger, new species

Material examined.

Holotype: female, Indonesia, Lombok, Suranadi, 200 m, 18.iii.1991, by light in open area in forest, leg. R. de Jong, genit. prep. 3922 M. Fibiger, Coll. RMNH.

Paratype: female, Indonesia, W Java, Bogor, 250 m, 21.v.1954, leg. J. v.d. Vecht, genit. prep. 5765 M. Fibiger. Coll. RMNB.

Diagnosis.

Wingspan: 9 mm.

Forewing: narrow, blackish brown.

Transverse lines: black; terminal line marked by black dots between veins.

Reniform: distinct, yellow, outlined by black.

Hindwing: unicolorous grey; discal spot nearly invisible.

Underside: unicolorous grey.

Female genitalia.

7 th abdominal segment: heavily sclerotised, asymmetrical.

Anterior apophyses: length 1½ of posterior apophyses.

Position of ostium bursae: a little above middle of 7 th segment, slightly displaced to left.

Antrum: basally and posteriorly narrow, medially enlarged, sclerotised.

Ductus bursae: membranous, long, twice as long as corpus bursae.

Corpus bursae: globular.

Appendix bursae: arising anteriorly from ductus bursae immediately after antrum.

Differential diagnosis.

P. lomboki differs from the other species in the group by the antrum, which is more sclerotised and broader medially.
