Site: 4 letter site code identifying landscape in which point counts occurred.
Point: Numeric code representing point count ID 
Site ID: Unique identifier of point count.
Date: When survey was conducted in month/day/year.
Rep: Site visit replicate number.
Year: Year during which site visit occurred.
Species: 4 letter code identifying bird species.
Number: Number of individuals observed during a particular observation instance.
LU: Basic land-use classification (F = Forest; A = Agriculture)

Notes: The total number of participants differs for bequest and non-bequest CES because participants were allowed to skip all Likert scale questions measuring Acoustic aesthetics, Birdwatching, Identity, Scientific, and Disservices if they didn't know what the bird was. However, they had to answer the Likert questions for each bird in their survey that measured bequest.
