PsPM-SCRV_6 dataset
===================

Repository Version: 2020.11.23

This dataset includes skin conductance response (SCR) measurements for each of 20 healthy unmedicated participants (10 males and 10 females aged 21.8+/-3.3 years) in response to 10 discomforting electric shocks. Stimuli are 0.5ms wide square current pulse repeated at 500Hz for 100ms. Amplitude is varied (mean +/- SD: 0.78mA +/- 0.43mA). ITI is selected randomly on each trial from 29s, 34s or 39s.

Data Files:
Subject numbering is consistent with dataset SCRV_5's numbering.
- Files holding biosignal traces and time markers, recorded with CED spike software.
  - event markers used for synchronization with Cogent files, marker are set at shock presentation onset (channel 1)
  - skin conductance (channel 2)

The data file name is composed of:
 - SCRV_6       The dataset name
 - spike The type of data recorded
 - XX           The subject number

Data are stored as .mat files for use with MATLAB (The MathWorks Inc., Natick, USA) in a format readable by the PsPM toolbox (bachlab.org/pspm). All Matlab files are saved in MATLAB 9.7 (R2019b) format.
