##3.Jackson_etal_data.RData            – Data used to run matrix population models and decomposition experiment in the manuscript
##4.Jackson_etal_simulationdata.RData  - Data from posterior simulations of the decomposition experiment
##5.les_ele.R                          – Function to create Leslie matrices and starting age structure for analysis
##6.RScript_Jackson_etal_analyses.R    – R script, which also allows the user to perform analyses in the manuscript
