This is a 40-year-old male who suffered a crash.
On admission, HTWCT showed a pseudoaneurysm of the thoracic aorta at the exit of the left subclavian artery with a periaortic hematoma extended to the posterior mediastinum.
The patient was admitted to the ICU spontaneous breathing with systolic blood pressure (SBP) below 120 mmHg.
Conservative treatment of associated lesions was performed.
Ten hours after admission to the ICU, an endoprosthesis was placed in the descending thoracic aorta via the left femoral artery, with partial occlusion of the left subclavian artery.
The patient was discharged 48 hours later.
Follow-up with TACHT at 7 days, 1 month and 45 days.

Two months after the accident, she developed acute pericarditis and absence of left radial pulse without clinical repercussions.
HTWCT showed a correct location of the stent.
