A four-year-old male with no relevant medical history presented residual post-inflammatory hypopigmented lesions that outlined the contour of one of these tattoos one month after its completion, affecting both forearms.
The lesions represent Ash® and Pikachu®, the characters protagonists of the series of cartoons Pokemon®.

In the previous two weeks he had consulted a medical center in the town where he was summer because he had, in the tattoo area, vesicular lesions on an erythematous base and pruritic signs.
After one year, residual lesions with occasional pruritus are still observed.
