Physical examination revealed a pigmented fine hairy melon on the skin located in the anterior cervical midline on the laryngeal prominence.
Neurological examination showed no other findings.

Cervical ultrasound and evaluation by ophthalmology were performed without alterations.
With the diagnosis of anterior cervical hypertrichosis different treatment options are proposed (decoloration, electrolysis, depilation), recommending laser as the most efficient long-term method.
