The patient was born one day after 40 weeks of gestation and labor assisted with forceps.
It is attached to our center by left parietal cephalohematema with parietal depressed fracture and underlying epidural hematoma.
Neurological examination was normal.
Surgery was performed, evading the hematoma and increasing the depressed fracture, leaving an epidural drainage 24 hours.
She was discharged after 4 days and after 2 years of follow-up she is asymptomatic.
