A 27-year-old man with left hemisphere sequelae of blunt-out fracture.
As a consequence, the patient presented left enophthalmos; and left diplopia; 18 months after the trauma, correction of these sequelae was performed by placing a stepped graft with a trans-orbital floor approach, prior to the trauma.
Observing in the postoperative evaluation significant aesthetic and functional improvement of the conditions already described.
