We report the case of a patient with liver disease treated with steroids and tacrolimus, who 12 years after transplantation underwent surgery for an obstructive colon neoplasia and resection was performed.
The pathological study reported well differentiated adenocarcinoma with perirectal tissue unaffected, surgical margins or lymph nodes.
After surgery, immunosupression was modified by introducing Signs.
At six months liver metastases were detected in segments IV and VII.
A new surgery was performed, performing a left hepatectomy and microwave ablation of the metastasis of segment VII.
After three months of follow-up, the disease is currently controlled.
