A 20-year-old woman with no morbid history.
The patient presented a painful papular cutaneous lesion, brownish-needle, with erythematous borders, located in the pulp of the second roof of the left foot.
On the surface of the lesion, multiple voids of white color were found, with a diameter of 1 mm.
The patient had returned from a tourist trip to Paraguay 10 days before.
A surgical removal of parasites was performed.
Topical antibacterials and tetanus prophylaxis were indicated, with total resolution of the lesions.
