An 83-year-old woman with a tumour located in the medial and middle third of the right lower eyelid.
Under general anesthesia, the lesion was excised and covered with a myocutaneous island muscle flap of 12 x 7 mm dimensions associated with a chondromucosal nasal septum graft.
Pathology reported basal cell carcinoma.
Fig. 13 shows the result 12 months after the intervention.
