After 5 months of follow-up, AF levels 373 IU/l were normalized with 25-OHCO levels.
D3 was still in a low range of 22.3 mg/ml, increasing the 25-OH clarithromycin contribution.
D3 to 1,000 IU daily.
The clinical evolution of the patient was favorable.
