Patient was 14 years old, referred to gynecologic due to leucorrhea for one year.
The patient would have started her menarche at 11 years of age, with regular menstrual cycles, non-invalidating dysmenorrhea and normal secondary sexual characteristics.
Gynecologic evaluation showed a 3 cm diameter cyst between the lower lips, tense, non-painful, right paraurethral and no urethral meatus was observed.
It was evaluated by urology and a study with renal and bladder ultrasound, in which a vulvar cyst of thick content of 1.7 x 0.6 cm stood out.
The findings were cystogenic, cyst extirpation and biopsy performed without incidents.
Biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of Skene's Quiste.
