The patient was a 37-year-old girl with a controlled pregnancy of 38 weeks.
Emergency cesarean section was performed due to intrauterine growth restriction, obtaining a small newborn for gestational age.
On examination, there were prominent female genitalia with a rounded urethral tumor or stenosis with vessels on the surface adjacent to the urethral meatus, with spontaneous diuresis.
The patient was evaluated by a pediatric surgeon at the day of life, observing that the urinary meatus was not painful and that fluid was partially drained into the urine when it was mobilized.
A Skene cyst was diagnosed.
