A 30-year-old patient affected by Marfan syndrome and a 13 mm diameter bilateral megalocornea.
She underwent surgery in 1979 for bilateral suboptimal lens extraction without intraocular lens implantation.
In 2002, the patient consulted for a right eye visual acuity of 20 peripheral veins in the right eye, or for the presence of peripheral microcystic oedema in the eyebrow in the peripheral 2 mm, without observing deposits in the cornea.
The patient was asymptomatic throughout the evolution.
