A 77-year-old male diagnosed with stenosing gastric adenocarcinoma.
Laparotomy was performed with the aim of externalizing the neoplasm with extension from the mesentery and multiple implants in mesocolon. Consequently, oncological surgery was ruled out.
The same surgical procedure was used for placement of a alimentary cystostomy.
After ruling out stent placement, the patient was discharged with HEN due to cystostomy.
Subsequently, chemotherapy was initiated.
