Female, 61 years old.
History of cervical cancer 10 years before admission.
Vascular disorders:
There was anemia, elevated infamate parameters and renal failure associated with right hydronephrosis.
Computed tomography showed a retroperitoneal mass.
A ureteral catheter was installed and a surgical biopsy of the retroperitoneal tissue showed PRF.
Prednisone 30 mg/day and colchicine 1.0 mg/day were prescribed.
Seven months later hydronephrosis of the left kidney and thrombosis of the inferior vena cava appeared, installing another ureteral catheter and a vena cava filter.
The patient died 9 months after the diagnosis of PKF due to urinary sepsis.
