We report a case of bilateral angiomyolipoma in a 23-year-old patient with tuberous sclerosis diagnosed from a girl.
The main clinical findings were bilateral lumbar pain and palpable masses in both flanks, as well as mental retardation, epilepsy and sebaceous adenoma.

Positive complementary: Angiomyolipoma was diagnosed by ultrasound, brain CT showed tumor, renal CT assured the presence of tumor mass, skin biopsy and excretory urogram were also used.
This patient has been followed up in the last 10 years by the same group of urologists.
