A 30-year-old male with no history of interest presented to the emergency department complaining of painful induration in the penis that increased with erection for a week.
The patient reported increased sexual activity in previous days.
The examination revealed an erythematous and painful area concentrically one centimeter below the balanopreputial groove in the dorsal area.
She did not have inguinal lymphadenopathy.
Afebril.

Penile Doppler ultrasound showed an inflammatory reaction at the lymph level with patency of the dorsal vein of the penis.
Normal coagulation study.

Diagnostic judgment: Sclerosing lymphangitis.
The patient received conservative treatment and was asymptomatic at three weeks.
