A 51-year-old patient with no relevant past medical history was referred to us for a routine gynecological ultrasound examination due to a raised lesion on the right lateral face.
The patient has no urological symptoms of interest.
Cystoscopy revealed a growth of approximately 2 cm in diameter with mucous membrane.
After transurethral resection the diagnosis was bladder leiomyoma.

As in the previous case, the patient remains asymptomatic two years after surgery.
