A 77-year-old man presented with abdominal pain for several months.
CT scan showed a retroperitoneal mass.
A tru-cut biopsy diagnosed as mesenchymal tumor was performed.
The result of the exeresis of the mass was a multinodular tumor of 4 kg. weight, brownish-white color and small capsulated surface with 18x16x12 cm necrosis.
Four years after surgery the patient is asymptomatic.
