Look up Regulatory Elements (REMs) in regions:

Start ⓘ: The selectable start and end positions are based on the regions we have data for in our database, either genes or REMs, respective to the selected chromosome.

End:

Currently selected ⓘ:Deselect via button click below. Only REMs overlapping entirely with your queried regions will be displayed.

Or upload a list of regions as csv-, txt- or bed-file ⓘ: For BED-files only the first three columns are considered [chromosome, start, end]. Every row has to contain the exact same amount of columns without empty entries.

Overlap percentage (optional) ⓘ: Only REMs that overlap with your regions by at least the set value (in %) will be shown. Leave empty to get only those that overlap entirely.
