A 51-year-old woman presented with several 4-year-long extensive skin spots on the dorsal region of the back.
Feeling light-headed in such areas, especially at times of heat
A skin biopsy was performed on one of them, compatible with a chronic perivascular infiltrate along with melans in the superficial dermis and mild hyperpigmentation of the basal layer of the epidermis.
It was a negative Congo Red.
MRI could not be performed due to claustrophobia.
No treatment was required.
