A seven-month-old boy presented with progressive plaque prolaceous eruption at 15 days of age, occupying a large part of the nasal tip. The pediatrician assessed the child who continued treatment with an expectant deformity 6 months later.

When assessed, we detected deformity of the cartilage and mild respiratory distress.
Sclerosing treatment was initiated with intralesional Betametazone 4 mg, when fibrosis of the lesion was achieved, excision of the lesion was performed through an incision in the surgical squat.
