With a diagnosis of cystic liver injury, the patient underwent elective surgery, performing cystectomy without complications, and was discharged on the third day.
Histopathological study confirmed a non-invasive mucinous cystic neoplasm of the liver.
There is no recurrence 12 months after surgery.
