A 33-year-old woman with a history of two pregnancies and eutocic deliveries, with a history of New T IUD (380) for 4 months.
She came for vaginal bleeding.
Positive pregnancy test.
The examination did not reveal UID hila or transvaginal ultrasound.
Voluntary termination of pregnancy is performed.
Three months later, the patient presented with urinary incontinence.
Rectal digital rectal examination revealed solidiform and rectal foreign body.
Rectoscopy: Metallic body enclaved in the wall from which threads emerge.
It is completely removed after gentle traction with forceps leaving minimal orifice without subsequent complications.
