The patient was a 28-year-old baker, born in Pachuca, Hgo, and resident in Tijuana B.C. over the past 14 years.
Four years before, she was diagnosed and treated for disseminated tuberculosis.
One year prior to the consultation, he began with lesions in his face, trunk and groin.
Physical examination revealed left cheek, anterior face of neck, right clavicular region, left lumbar fistula, erythematous nodules < 1 cm each, and purulent material draining.
She also had residual tricles.
C. posadasii was isolated from mycological culture.

Initially, intradermal reaction with isoniazid was negative on two occasions and 10 months after treatment with 400 mg of itraconazole daily, the intradermal reaction became positive.
