A 46-year-old man was diagnosed with VHL presenting capillary hemangiomas in BE and, as systemic involvement, a cerebellar hemangioblastoma that was completely removed, renal cysts and a solid tumor.
Currently, it presents in the RE an VA of the unit.
Funduscopy revealed two capillary leaks (HCR9 endophytic aspect), one endophytic, temporal endophytic, with a larger, well-defined, temporal-obstructive appearance, a small nutritious artery and hemangioma.
Angiography shows hyperfluorescence due to the filling of CSF with increased intensity over time.
In the OI, it presents a prosthesis for an old tractional RD.
