The patient reported the presence of a worm in both eyes intermittently for 5 years, sometimes recognizing it underneath the skin rash, which is why he has consulted in general emergency services on several occasions.
Examination of the anterior pole demonstrates the existence of an agreed, mobile structure that displaces itself underneath the upper bulbar conjunctiva of its right eye.
Surgical removal was performed under local anesthesia of an intact worm of 5 cm in length.
