A 50-year-old male with end stage renal disease secondary to diabetic nephropathy undergoing renal replacement therapy, chronic ischemic heart disease with hemodialysis, cardiomyopathy due to ischemic ketoacidosis diabetic internal medicine, cerebrovascular accident years ago was admitted to the service.
During admission, multiple maculopapular, erythematous lesions with central hyperkeratotic desquamative zone of universal distribution were detected.
The patient was seen in the dermatology department. A skin biopsy of the lesions was performed and a diagnosis of Kyrle's disease was made.
