Ureteral stents were installed and unsuccessful attempts were made to perform ureteral stenting.
Retroperitoneal tissue biopsy revealed FRP and absence of tumor.
Cholechi 30 mg/day and colchi 1.0 mg/day were prescribed.
A year later the retroperitoneal mass and renal function were normal.
Sixteen months after the diagnosis of PKF, the patient was asymptomatic and had no evidence of cancer.
