There was renal failure, bilateral hydronephrosis and a retroperitoneal mass.
Ureteral catheters were installed.
Six weeks later, peritoneal nodules were found due to metastasis of adenocarcinoma.
Chemotherapy was prescribed, disappearing hydronephrosis and retroperitoneal mass.
Ureteral stents were removed.
She died 43 months after the diagnosis of PKF of peritoneal carcinomatosis with normal renal function.
