Oncologic surgery was performed.
Postoperative Cal25 174 (U/ml).
Biopsy showed endometrioid adenocarcinoma Grade 3.
A sample of ascites was taken for cell block and cultured for in vitro QS analysis.
CMT was administered as monotherapy.
Three-year follow-up was normal.
An in vitro study showed a cytotoxicity level higher than 70% for the POST-paclitaxel scheme, correlated with the clinical response.
