He suffered from multiple cutaneous ulcers, generalized, pruritic, of one year evolution.
On physical examination, papules and hyperpigmented nodules were highlighted. These nodules were localized in extremities (less than 30cm in diameter), some ulcerated with white material, auricular pink, and tongue.
