A 69-year-old patient presented with painless swelling in the right test for three months.
Physical examination revealed a testicular mass with irregular consistency and negative transsexuality.
Additional tests include a study of markers for negative testicular tumors, multiple nodular ultrasound images in the right testicle and a CT scan with no signs suggestive of lymphadenopathy or visceral involvement.
After performing an inguinal orchiectomy and analysis of the samples obtained, a diagnosis of diffuse type T lymphoma of large and medium cells in stage I(E)-A was made.

As treatment, cytoreductive chemotherapy was administered according to R-CHOP scheme, maintaining its process in remission after three years of follow-up.
