Establishment of a 15-year-old tractor that suffered an accident with a fracture of the pelvis and bulbous urethra.
It was repaired following the technique of urethroplasty with Gil Vernet perineal flap in two time.
Three years after surgery, the patient developed dysuria, urinary tract infections, and a hard tumor in the perineum area.
Urethrography shows a large lithiasis inside the diverticulum on the ventral side of a diverticulum located in the second stage of urethroplasty.
The apocyte was fixed with resection of the diverticulum, urethral reconstruction on probe and plication of the muscular bulbar tissues and neurotic to reinforce the area.
No recurrence was observed.
