A 54-year-old male patient presented with an asymptomatic mass in the right hemiscrotum of two years of evolution.
The patient had a history of left hydrocele.
The physical examination revealed a slight ultrasound image of the lower lobe and a non-painful enlargement of the right epididymal tail of approximately 2 cms. Testicular ultrasound showed well-defined borders (14 mm) with good sonic and vascular transmission.
Left test with findings compatible with chronic orchiepididymitis.
