Panel zone responses in terms of panel zone shear force, Vpz (kN), versus panel zone shear disortion, γ (rad), are also provided.

When an asterisk is being used in the panel zone shear distortion field, this means that the elastic distortion was
assumed to be gamma_elastic = (shear force)/(panel zone stiffness), since only plastic panel zone rotation was reported.
The panel zone stiffness is assumed to be equal to the one being used in the AISC, 
meaning Kpz,AISC = 0.6*tpz*dc, where tpz=tcw+tdp (both doubler plates accounted if applicable); dc is the depth of the column and tcw is the column web thickness.
This means that to derive the original plastic distortion data, one should calculate gamma_plastic = gamma_total - (shear force)/Kpz,AISC.
