The files in this directory hold the atmospheric calculations presented in the paper
and all codes used to analyse them and make the figures shown.

species.dat - List of chemical species in simulations in order to be held in arrays. 

CaseṔrofiles/ - This holds the vertical atmospheric profiles calculated by the Kompot model for the 14 cases in the paper.

PlotCase5.py - This makes plots for Case 5 used in Fig. 2.

PlotCase2.py - This makes plots for Case 2 used for left panels in Fig. 6.

PlotCase14.py - This makes plots for Case 2 used for right panels in Fig. 6.

AnalyseAll.py - This reads in and plots all cases, making Figs. 3, 4, 5, and 9. Also outputs the data for Table 1.

PlotXrayFlux.py - This makes Fig. 1 showing X-ray flux at 1 AU as function of time for three tracks. 
                  (note that the dashed black line from Fig. 1 is based on stellar evolution models that I do not include here, so it is not plotted)

TuLxTracks.dat - X-ray luminosity evolution tracks from Tu et al. (2015) for slow, medium, and fast rotator cases.

CalculateEvolution.py - This does the evolutionary calculations for losses and makes Figs. 7 and 8.
