This zip file contains all the data necessary to replicate the results reported in the paper “A global test of the subsidized island biogeography hypothesis”. The dataset includes information of longitude, latitude, angiosperm species richness (SR), island area (km²), distance to the coast (Dist in km), last glacial maximum mainland connection (GMMC), mean annual temperature (SAT in °C), annual precipitation (PRE), shape index (SI), human population density (DensHum), archipelago identity (Archipelago), marine productivity around the island (MarineNPP), presence of seabirds based on records from the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (Seabirds) and estimates of ammonia emmision from seabird colonies (NH₃) for 790 islands distributed worldwide.
