Read a CMTK format registration

read.cmtkreg(filename, ReturnRegistrationOnly = FALSE, ...)

Arguments

filename	Path to a CMTK registration file
ReturnRegistrationOnly	When FALSE (default) will not attempt to extract the registration element from the registration file.
...	Additional arguments passed to read.cmtk
