CHASKI — the Messenger

Quechua chaski = the relay runner who carried messages between chaskiwasi (relay houses) up to ~300 km/day. The reception organ: it greets you, explains the empire in one breath, and runs you to the right flagship by your stated need. Factor: Chaski(a)=exp(-κ·backpressure)·𝟙[routable] ∈ [0,1].

A glowing messenger delivers the visitor to the right flagship node. Drag to orbit.

Honest labels (Doctrine v13 §5): every CHASKI action emits a Khipu receipt (SHA3-256 hash-chain; signature is DSSE PLACEHOLDER). The new Chaski factor is an admissible multiplier ∈ [0,1] — it can only gate harder, never inflate utility. Collision resolved: amaru's Chaski-Yacu courier is a distinct lower layer.
