===> 	ABOUT THE DATASET

The dataset provides relevant raw and processed Data supporting the manuscript "Investigation of inhibitors targeting interaction between HSD10 and amyloid-β as potential treatment for Alzheimer’s disease".
The dataset is organized in 7 folders, each of which is named after a Figure/Table in the manuscript or its related Supplementary information.
Only figures/tables reporting experimental results are included in the dataset. The table depicting molecular structures of investigated molecules is excluded from the dataset.
Each folder reports raw and processed Data related to a specific Figure (included in the folder) or Table. Images are reported in .TIF format and Data in .txt format.
The labels of the axes and the units are indicated in the headers of individual columns of each .txt file (unless otherwise specified in the "README - Figure/Table X" file included in the folder).

Full context and detailed analysis of the provided raw and processed Data can be found in the manuscript.
